Zhu due in India on 13th

BEIJING, Jan 8: Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji who is paying an official visit to India from Sunday will ask Indian leadership to resolve their differences with Pakistan through peaceful negotiations.

“We hope India and Pakistan will make their best efforts to seek peace through dialogue and consultations,” said Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Sun Yuxi here on Tuesday. Mr Zhu will be in India from Jan 13 to 18 after visiting Bangladesh from Jan 11 to 13, Sun said.—APP
