KARACHI, April 9: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and the Citibank have introduced the mechanised bill-collection system.

Now customers can deposit the bills at easy payment centres set up by the Citibank. The bank would charge Rs10 per bill as bank service.

A formal agreement was signed by Arshad, member finance PTCL, and Zubayr Soomro, president Citibank. in Karachi on Tuesday.

Tufail Fadoo, vice-president Citibank, said that 23 kiosks had been set up and made operational in the city.—PPI
