LAHORE, Sept 30: Left-arm spinner Mohammad Azam  snared six for 28 to help Bahawalnagar beat Rajanpur by 38 runs in the National Junior (Under-19) One-day Cricket  Championship match at Haider Stadium in Bahawalnagar Monday.

Batting first, the home team scored 154 in 48 overs. In reply Rajanpur slumped to 116 all out in 41.3 overs.

In other matches, Sahiwal defeated Dera Ghazi Khan by six wickets at Biscuit Factory, Sahiwal, Hafizabad crushed Khanewal by 98 runs at Chenab College, Jhang, Bhakkar inflicted a nine-wicket defeat on Jhelum at Bohranwali Ground, Faisalabad.
