Shock victory

KARACHI, Oct 24: Pak Independent CC pulled off a shock four-run victory over fancied Shaheen Gymkhana to qualify for the final of the ninth Danish Trophy Ramazan cricket tournament at the KGA Ground on Monday.

Needing 148 for victory, Shaheen Gymkhana were restricted to 143 for six in 20 overs.

Pak Independent CC now await the winners of Saturday’s second semifinal between KGA Gymkhana and Saddar Town.
