AKG (G) triumph

KARACHI, Oct 24: Ameen Sultan and Asif Naseer shared the honours as hosts Aga Khan Gymkhana (AKG) Greens routed Defence Gymkhana (DG) by 21 runs in AKG Twenty-20 Cup Ramazan cricket on Monday at AKG Ground.

Asif scored 38 and Ameen snapped three wickets to play vital role in AKG (G)’s victory.

Batting first, the winning team made 139 for the loss of eight wickets.

AKG (G) restricted their opponents to 118 with Shah Tanveer (35) being the top scorer.
