KARACHI: Illegal structures razed

KARACHI, Jan 1: The demolition squad of Karachi Building Control Authority razed a number of illegal constructions in different localities of the city and sealed the site office of Moon City project in Manghopir. The KBCA press release issued on Sunday stated that the squad demolished illegal construction on the first and second floors on plot number FL-2, Block-2, Scheme-5, Clifton.

In Manghopir, the KBCA team sealed the site office of Moon City project for violation of building by-laws. The KBCA team, however, failed to take any action against illegal constructions at plot number 16, sheet number 17, Fida Hussain Road, Baghdadi and plot number 690, Liaquat Colony, Lyari due to law and order situation. —PPI
