KARACHI, Jan 1: The Sindh Home Minister, Rauf Siddiqui, on Sunday called upon people to highlight problems and cooperate with the government to get them resolved. He was addressing a programme arranged to hand over relief goods to the Khidmat-i-Khalq Foundation for the victims of the Oct 8 earthquake.

The goods, which included 8,000 blankets and a Rs100,000 cheque, were donated by the Banarsi Cloth Merchants Association, said a statement.

He said the federal, provincial and district governments would help people, saying it was then the people’s responsibility to identify the problems on priority basis and coordinate with the government to them resolved.—APP
