CIPE launching today

KARACHI, Jan 18: The Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) is being launched on Thursday, with the opening if its office in the city.

Commerce Minister Humayun Akhtar Khan will be chief guest and US ambassador in Pakistan Ryan C. Crocker will also speak on the occasion. SECP Chairman Raziur Rehman Khan will deliver a key note address.

The CIPE is a non-profit organization affiliated with the US Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its primary role is said to be supporting local partners’ efforts to improve the business environment. Moin Fudda is country-director of the CIPE.
