BAHAWALPUR, Feb 24: Two more additional Boeing flights from Bahawalpur to Karachi and Islamabad will be introduced in the next month. This was stated by PIA district manager Abdul Sattar Khan on Friday here.

He said there would be an increase in the revenue in addition to providing travelling facilities to the local population.

During the year 2005, he said the PIA had earned a record revenue of Rs150 million, which was double as compared to the year 2004.

It may be mentioned that presently Fokker flights are operative between Bahawalpur, Lahore and Islamabad while Bahawalpur has been linked with Karachi by Boeing flights twice a week.
