LONDON, March 2: British ports operator P and O said on Thursday that its takeover by Dubai Ports World would likely complete on Friday, pending an appeals process following approval of the deal by London’s High Court.
Judge Nicholas Warren has dismissed the objections of Eller Company, a Florida-based firm which had argued that the takeover by UAE-owned DP World flouted a joint venture deal it has with a subsidiary of P and O.
