KARACHI: Govt out to discredit Spain, other states, says PPP

By Our Reporter

KARACHI, March 2: MNAs Sardar Nabeel Ahmed Gabol and Mir Aijaz Jakhrani of the Pakistan People’s Party said on Thursday that the ‘discredited and dying’ Musharraf regime had started exploiting credible nations and using them to reinforce its botched and flopped campaign against the popular and liberal leadership of the country.

“From Switzerland to Interpol and now Spain, the regime is taking the credibility and integrity of these countries and international institutions for a ride in the world’s most dreaded personal vendetta against PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto and her spouse Senator Asif Ali Zardari,” they said in statement issued in response to the latest allegations levelled by the National Accountability Bureau.

They said the establishment in Pakistan was bent upon drubbing the popular leadership with wild accusations and using millions of dollars, given in aid to it by donors, to fabricate such things.
