KARACHI, April 9: The Karachi Transport Ittehad, an alliance of 15 transport owners’ associations, in its emergent meeting on Sunday decided to observe wheel jam in the city on April 22 to protest against the non-arrest of killers of transporter Malik Khalid Hussain Awan.
The meeting attended by representatives of owners of buses, minibuses, coaches, yellow cabs, taxis, rickshaws, trucks etc, cancelled the scheduled demonstration on April 10 due to Eid Milad.—PPI
