KARACHI, April 13: A bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan, comprising Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Justice Hamid Ali Mirza and Justice Karamat Nazeer Bhandari, on Thursday granted a leave to appeal filed by two convicted accused in a kidnapping for ransom and murder case.
The bench after hearing initial arguments by counsel for appellants granted leave to appeal and issued notices to the state for a date to be fixed later by office of the court.—APP
