ISLAMABAD, April 14: Capt (retd) Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, an officer of the District Management Group, has been promoted to grade-18 and appointed as private secretary to the Prime Minister’s adviser on finance, revenue and economic affairs, a notification issued here Friday said.
At present he is working in the Islamabad Capital Territory Administration.
