Soldiers down Airmen

LAHORE, April 24: Army beat Air Force by 54 runs in the Inter-services cricket championship on Monday. Army batting first after winning the toss scored 236 in 45 overs. Sanaullah topscored with 50. Khalid Javed took the bowling hours for PAF taking four wickets for 39 runs.

PAF in reply were bowled out for 182 runs in 40 overs. Jan-i- Alam was the main rungetter for PAF by scoring 37.

Shoaib Ashraf captured four wickets for 37 to emerge as the best bowler for Army.
