KARACHI: Drive against encroachment

KARACHI, May 5: The deadline given by the Site Town administration for the voluntary removal of encroachments from Valika Hospital to Banaras Chowk and Metroville ends on Saturday after which a grand operation would be launched, according to a press release.

A number of people responded positively to the administration’s advice by removing encroachments voluntary. Under the supervision of Town Nazim Izharuddin and Naib Nazim Badshah Khan, the anti-encroachment staff would remove all the remaining encroachments after the deadline is over.—PPI
