Ms Jalil said that in the context of steps taken for the development of children, it was essential to promote positive thinking in them and create recreational opportunities, which would help highlight their creative abilities.

She called for focussing on children to create awareness among them about various laws and said that NGOs could play a better role in this regard for which the city government will cooperate with them.
