KARACHI, Sept 20: Hub Power Company Limited (Hubco) announced that shareholders had elected 12 directors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Islamabad on Wednesday.

A press release issued by the company, said that the directors had been elected for a period of three years from the date of AGM i.e. Sept 20.

The company stated that the full board comprises 15 directors of which 12 are elected. In addition, two nominee directors and the chief executive also sit on the board.

The following were elected as directors: Mohamed A. Alireza, H.I; Dr Fereydoon Abtahi; Robin A. Bramley; Malcolm P. Clampin; Taufique Habib; Vince R. Harris; Arif Ijaz; Qaiser Javed; Ali Munir; S. Nizam A. Shah; M. Ashraf Tumbi and Yutaka Ueda.
