KARACHI, Oct 2: City Nazim Mustafa Kamal has said that the city government was carrying out development works with proper planning.

While talking to people on his visit to an under construction road in Block-A North Nazimabad on Sunday night, he said that the underneath water, sewerage and other utility services were shifted to roadsides before initiating construction work on any road.

The nazim pointed out that neither the road nor any street was ever constructed in the area for the last 30 years and water and sewage used to remain accumulated.

He said that the town nazim got the encroachments removed, solved sewerage problems and laid new waterlines.
