Three Afghans killed

SWAT, Nov 2: Three foreigners were killed in Swat and Dir on Thursday. Some unidentified men opened fire at a mosque in Tehsil Adinzey as a result Nasir Khan and Zakir Ullah, both Afghans, died on the spot. The were students of a local madressah.

In another incident that occurred in the Kabal Tehsil of district Swat, Rahim Allahyar belonging to the Badakhshan province of Afghanistan, was stabbed to death allegedly by Muqhe Ullah over a petty dispute.

The assailants, said to be from the same province, fled from the scene.

Police have registered cases against the accused and were investigating.—Online
