KARACHI, Jan 15: Huge investment is expected after the completion of uplift works in all industrial zones. This was stated by City Nazim Mustafa Kamal while speaking at the foundation laying ceremony of Rs400 million water and sewerage project in the Landhi Industrial Area here on Monday.

He said the Landhi Industrial Area generated 10 per cent of the total revenue for the national exchequer and was also providing jobs to around 300,000 people. However the industrial area has no proper sewerage system available. He highlighted the importance of GRP pipes and said that no one had demanded to use these products in the past.
