Fawwad to lead Academy

LAHORE, March 26: Left-handed batsman Fawwad Alam will lead a 15-member Pakistan Cricket Academy team to Bangladesh from April 7. No vice-captain of the team was announced. Sarfraz Ahmed is wicket-keeper.

The team will play two four-day matches against Bangladesh Academy and later will play a triangular one-day tournament, also involving Sri Lanka.

Former Test cricketer and chief coach National Cricket Academy Aaqib Javed was named as coach of the team.

Hasan Jamil is manager while Eric Johnson is the physiotherapist.
