KARACHI, April 25: The Managing Director of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board, Brig Iftikhar Haider, has been elected as the first chairperson of the South Asia Water Utilities Network (SAWUN) for a two year term.
The election came at the concluding session of a SAWUN moot, which was attended by major players of the water industry from all SAARC countries.
