KARAK, May 19: Police have arrested a gang of criminals, including a retired police official, and seized weapons in a raid on Indus highway. Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, District Police Officer (DPO) Mubrik Zeb said the police had recieved a tip-off a few days back about the presence of an armed gang in the jurisdiction of Karak district. The Karak and Takht Nusrati district police then conducted a raid and arrested the five men at Ambiri Qilla on Indus highway.—Correspondent
