Police post blown up

MINGORA, Aug 1: A police checkpoint was blown up in the Shakardara area in the troubled Matta tehsil of Swat district on Wednesday night.

Suspected militants had planted an improvised explosive device at the post located at some 15kms from Mingora, which went off.
