Seven die in accident

MANSEHRA, Aug 30: Seven people were killed and two others injured on Thursday when a jeep skidded off the road at a sharp turn in Balakot and fell into a ravine, police said.

The jeep was going to Satbani from Balakot.

Driver Mohammad Munir, Azizur Rehman, Mohammad Ghazi, Ghulam Jalani, Wazeer Mohammad, Noor Rehman and a minor girl whose name could not be ascertained died.

The injured were taken to the District Headquarters Hospital, Mansehra, where they were administered first aid.
