Blast rocks Gwadar

QUETTA, Sept 30: The coastal town of Gwadar was rocked by a powerful explosion on Sunday night.

Police sources said a home-made explosive device had been planted in an open place near the office of the Anti-Narcotic Force which went off in the night, causing panic in the area.

Windowpanes of nearby government buildings were smashed. However, no casualty was reported.

Policemen visited the site after the explosion and started investigations.
