LAHORE, Dec 7: An alleged robber was killed by firing of his accomplices in Township area here on Friday. The police said that three armed men barged into Faiz Ahmed’s house and held the family. The robbers shot at Faiz’s son Zulifqar when he resisted but a bullet hit one of them while Zulifqar remained unhurt.

The other two robbers fled leaving their injured accomplice, who was later identified as Rauf of Sahiwal, on the scene. Rauf was taken to hospital where he died. The police started investigations.
