French diplomat in Sanghar

SANGHAR, Feb 9: The consul-general of France, Pierre Seillan visited Sanghar on Saturday.

He also went to Achro Thar area and saw the desert. The host was former agriculture minister Hassan Ali Chanhio.

The diplomat also met notables of the area.

He said he was impressed by the rich culture of rural Sindh and hospitality of the local people.

He said that his visit has nothing to do with the forthcoming elections.

He refused to comment on the political situation.
