Pilot laid to rest


FAISALABAD, Feb 16: A Pakistan Air Force pilot, who died in a jet crash near Shaheenabad in Sargodha on Friday, was laid to rest here in a Gulistan Colony graveyard on Saturday. Azhar Ismail, who joined PAF in 1992, has left behind a widow and two sons — nine-year-old Ahmad and four-year-old Hasan. Mirage aircraft went down in Chak 125-SB during a routine flight because of a technical fault. — Staff Correspondent
