KARACHI, Feb 26: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan has, with immediate effect, promulgated the Sindh Civil Servants (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008.
The amendment provides for the omission of Section 9-A from Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973.—APP
