NAWABSHAH, Feb 26: Terming the medical examination report of criminal assault of a maid suspicious, the district nazim and district police officer have recommended constitution of a medical board.

Medical report of the minor girl (R) 11, who was allegedly criminally assaulted by her master in his house a couple of days ago, was issued here on Tuesday.

According to the medical report prepared by Dr Saeeda Baloch, medico-legal officer at Nawabshah Medical College Hospital, no tearing of clothes were seen, however, a bruise was noticed at the girl’s neck. The hymen of the victim was not intact and her genital parts were normal as the doctor did not find any signs of violence or blood during examination. It was also mentioned that no spermatozoa presence was seen, however, the clothes were sent to Rohri laboratory for chemical examination.

Surprisingly, the doctor in her opinion wrote nothing except “final opinion regarding criminal assault will be framed after receiving report from Rohri chemical laboratory”. Several attempts to contact the doctor remained futile.

District Nazim Faryal Talpur has rejected the report and demanded constitution of a medical board.

DPO Ghayasuddin Rashidi has termed the report suspicious. He said that he doubted the report and had written a letter to concerned authorities for constitution of a medical board for re-examination of the girl.
