HYDERABAD, Feb 28: The Hajiani Welfare Foundation is organising a free hernia operation camp at Hajiani Hospital in Al-Rahim Centre on March 2 for low-income patients.

The chairman of the foundation Dr Iqbal Haroon Memon said at a news conference at the press club on Thursday that eminent surgeons led by Prof Abdul Sattar Memon would examine conduct different tests including blood tests, X-ray, ultrasound and fitness and register the patients for operation.

He said that the foundation would bear the entire cost of medical examination and operation and the patient’s relatives would only have to arrange for blood. He advised the poor patients to get their names registered and said that the foundation had already organised three surgery camps.
