KARACHI, April 2: Five ships carrying palm oil, containers and to load cement are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was modest where four ships, Nine Ocean Global Prosperity and APL Argentina to unload and load containers and Golden Ocean to unload oil were berthed.

Sailings on the other hand was fairly active as 10 vessels including Mol Admiration, Limari, Ninth Ocean, Lalazar, Thia Matina, Hyun Jin Ks-3, Bogasari Lima, St. Moon, Libra Abu AlFadel departed on Wednesday, while Vema Cape, Helene Rickmers, Global Property, Addarraq, APL Argentina Golden Oceanic, Aqua Star and Sea Master are due to sail out on Thursday.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Chemstar King with 8,000 tons of palm oil, Pacific Arrow to load 9,500 tons of cement, Calvin P. Titus, Hanjing Qingdso and Harmony with containers.
