PESHAWAR, April 23: A man was killed reportedly by his friends on Wednesday while they were on their way to Musazai area in a motor car. The incident happened in the limits of Badbher police station.

A complainant Dost Hussein son of Abdul Khaliq resident of Shamozi, Swat in his report to police stated that he along with his friend Dawa Khan son of Mehmood Khan of the same area were on their way to Peshawar that two other friends of Dawa Khan also accompanied them.

He said that he didn’t know the two persons, but when they reached near Musazai they shot dead Dawa Khan and fled.

TWO RECOVERED: The City police on Wednesday claimed to have recovered two persons after an encounter in Badbher area.

Speaking at a press conference at the police lines the SP Rural Circle, Nasirul Mulk Bangash, said that two Afghan nationals Sher Hassan son of Mir Hassan and Abdul Qadeer son of Barat resident of Baghbanan were kidnapped for ransom from the Maskini Refugee Camp on April 20 and were kept in a house in the limits of Badbher police station.

The SP said on a tip off the police party raided the site and recovered the two persons.

Two of the accused Jan Mohammad and Momin sons of Yaseen were arrested and two Kalashnikov rifles were also recovered from their possession. A motor car bearing registration No 7184-Peshawar owned by Sher Hassan was also recovered.

The other suspected kidnapers Naushad, Shah Jehan and Nadir son of Yaseen managed to escape.
