DERA GHAZI KHAN, April 23: Development funds of the district government have been freezed to review its allocation in the budget as the present district government and the district council cannot utilize the allocation properly.

An employee of the district accounts office, requesting anonymity, told Dawn that the office had received directions from high-ups to stop releasing funds for new schemes.—Correspondent
