BCCI names venues for England

NEW DELHI, April 30: The two Tests on England’s tour of India later this year will be played in the western cities of Ahmedabad and Mumbai, the Indian cricket board said on Wednesday.

Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Niranjan Shah said that the fixtures panel had also determined the venues for seven One-day Internationals during the November-December tour. They will be held in Cuttack, Gauhati, Indore, Jamshedpur, Kanpur, New Delhi and Rajkot.

The dates of the fixtures were yet to be decided.—AP
