KARACHI, May 28: Seven ships carrying chemical, containers and to load naphtha and clinkers are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was fairly active where 10 ships, Hoegh Pusan to unload cars, Hyun Jin-Ks-3 and Team Al-Emirates to load cement, APL Jeddah, City Of Xiamen, Ninth Ocean, Sinar Bintan to unload and load containers, Hadrian to unload and load general cargo and Johar to offload crude oil were berthed.

Sailing was also active as Cape Negro, Loa, Creek, Sea Princess, Lalazar, Bao Fu Man, Ken Blossom and A. Dragon departed, while APL Jeddah, Mariana-3, Ninth Ocean, Khairpur, City of Ximen, Ocean Friend, Nipayia, Yasa Ithan, R.M. Rover, Langford and Johar are due to sail out on Thursday.

A total tonnage of 0.130m tons comprising 37,044 tons of export cargo and 92,680 tons of import tonnage was handled on Wednesday.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Moyramwutg with chemicals, Blue Diamong to load 16,500 tons of naphtha, Sun Rose with crude oil, Harmony, Jakrta Express and Calvin P. Titus with containers and Blida to load 18,000 tons of clinkers.
