KARACHI, June 4: Faraz Feroze slammed a superb hundred to power Al-Noor Gymkhana to a commanding six-wicket win over Larosh Cricket Club in the KCCA Inter-club Cricket Championship at the TMC Ground on Tuesday.

Faraz struck ten boundaries and three sixes in his 101 as Al-Noor Gymkhana romped for the loss of four wickets, chasing 171 in 34.3 overs.

Earlier, pacer Mohammad Waqas claimed four wickets for 32 to help his team bundle out Larosh CC for 170 in 36.5 overs.

Meanwhile, in another match played at the Landhi Gymkhana Ground, Malir Companion registered a 28-run victory over Landhi Friends.

Sajid Hanif (4-22) and Mohammad Siddiq (3-10) played leading role in dismissing Malir Companion for 117 in 29 overs. Kashif Hanif top-scored with 28.

Landhi Friends, in reply, crashed to 89 all out in 25 overs. Rauf Sharif took three wickets for ten while Rashid Hanif claimed three for 22.
