KARACHI, July 2: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sherry Rehman has said that the problems confronting the media will be resolved.

In her informal meeting at the Karachi Press Club with KPC office-bearers and members on Wednesday, she said that “black laws” against the media would be abolished.

She said the government was fully aware of the problems being faced by the KPC, and said the problems would be resolved soon. She appealed to the media to help strengthen the government.—APP
