LAHORE, July 2: Capital City Police Officer Pervez Rathore made a special team headed by CIA Superintendent of Police Umer Virk and all CIA deputy superintendents of police as members for the early arrest of criminals involved in crushing the heads of people in different parts of the city.
He has also directed all divisional SPs to form teams in their areas to trace the culprits besides deployment of plainclothes officials around such places where people sleep outside and intensifying patrolling.-—
