KARACHI, July 3: Two ships scheduled to load and unload containers and chemicals were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Thursday.

Meanwhile, two more ships carrying wheat and diesel oil also arrived at the outer anchorage. Four ships, CMA CGM Eiffel, Bengal Orchid, Grigoroussa-I and Y.M. Cultivation, were busy in loading and unloading containers, chemicals, crude oil and coal.

A cargo volume of 44,693 tons comprising 36,773 tons of import and 7,920 tons of export was handled.

Hanne, Bunga Melati-3, Grigoroussa-I and CMA CGM Eiffel sailed out.
