KARACHI, Sept 1: Five ships carrying RBD palm oil, urea and coal are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Tuesday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was maintained on the higher side where nine ships, Bavaria Express to unload and load containers, Erria Vietnam to unload general cargo, Grigoroussa-1, Bow Hunter, tankers, India Express, Deja Bhum, Hyundai Baron, Xiang and Omega King to unload and load containers and general cargo were accommodated berths during the last two days.Sailing was also active as 10 vessels, New Delhi Express, Industrial Dawn, New Bloom, Y.M. Inauguration, Conti Valencia, Bunga Teratau-3, Johar, Bedyansk and Adriatic Arrow departed on Sunday, while Ashraf- B,

Bow Hunter, Deja Bhum, Omega King, Mol Ability, Hyundai Baron are due to sail out on Tuesday.

A total tonnage of 210,000 comprising 59,378 tons of export cargo and 151,000 tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Tuesday: Strilen with 5,000 tons of RBD palm oil, Ocala with 20,000 tons of urea, Katerina with coal and Oel Transworld and Northern Harmony with containers.
