Drug smuggling bid foiled

HUNZA, Sept, 22: The Aliabad Police foiled a narcotics smuggling to China and arrested a drug trafficker the other day, said police sources.

They said the police had arrested Ismail, resident of Shergarh, Mardan, and seized 900gms heroin near Nasirababd village. During interrogation, he revealed the names of his accomplices who were later arrested by the Gilgit Police. —Our Correspondent
