Navy beat NBP as PTV hold HBL

LAHORE, Nov 4: Two more Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) matches were decided at separate venues in Islamabad on Tuesday.

At the PSB Ground, PTV struck twice in the last seven minutes to draw 2-2 with Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

The bankers were well on the way to win with striker Bilal Ahmed getting two goals in the 23rd and 45th minute. But the 0-2 down PTV staged a recovery to neutralise both goals through Naimatullah (83rd min) and Zarrar Pirzada (90th min).

Meanwhile, at the Naval Complex, Pakistan Navy overcame National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) 1-0 with Sajjad Ahmed getting the 19th minute winner.

Pak Elektron Limited v Karachi Electric Supply Corporation at the Model Town Football Academy Ground, Lahore at 2.30pm; Wapda v Afghan FC at the Railway Stadium, Lahore, at 3.00pm; Punjab Medical College v Karachi Port Trust at the PMC Ground, Faisalabad at 2.30pm. —Agencies
