KARACHI, Dec 19: Former Davis Cupper Inamul Haq’s unbeaten run in the ITF Seniors tennis championship 45 plus were halted on Friday when he lost the men’s singles title battle to Indian Nagraj, the fourth seed, at Delhi’s R. K. Khanna stadium.

He lost straight 4-6, 4-6 to his opponent in the well fought final.

Inam had bulldozed Jaspal in the opener, second seed Neland in the second round; seventh seed Raveen Chaudhry in the quarters and third seed Rajan Beri in the semis on way to final. All the losers were Indian players.

The Inam and Nagraj pair went down to Raveen Chaudhry and Jaspal Arvinder 4-6, 5-7 in the doubles final.
