Foggy morning likely in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, Dec 30: The Meteorological Department on Tuesday forecast foggy morning conditions in upper Punjab and Islamabad during the next 48 hours.

However, foggy conditions would subside gradually in the southern Punjab during the next 24 hour.

According to Met analysis, the last day’s shallow westerly trough has moved eastwards and now lies over Kashmir and adjoining areas.

In NWFP and Balochistan, dry weather with cold wave conditions is expected in most parts during the next three days.

While isolated thunderstorm and rain with snowfall is expected in Kashmir and Northern Areas till tonight.

However, foggy conditions over upper Sindh have subsided while misty morning conditions are expected in Sindh during the next three days.—APP
