England, Scotland set for T20 tie

LONDON, Jan 15: A cricket match between Scotland and England looks set to be played as England prepare for the summer ICC World T20 Championship, the England and Wales Cricket Board said on Wednesday.

ECB chairman Giles Clarke said the match was likely to be included in England’s pre-tournament programme in the run-up to hosting the event which kicks off on June 5.

“Almost certainly, Scotland will have a warm-up game with England, probably at Trent Bridge,” Clarke told the Edinburgh Evening News. “I’d expect a big travelling support for the Scots.”
