ATTOCK, Aug 29: Four persons kidnapped a man and injured his friend in Attock city on Saturday night.

Police said Muhammad Javed and Sajjad Khan, residents of Malikmala village, were in their car (PG-350) when four armed men intercepted them near Darulsalam Colony about 10pm. They dragged Khan out of his car at gunpoint and opened fire on Javed when he tried to resist them.

They took Khan with them, leaving injured Javed behind. The police officials and Rescue 1122 staff shifted the injured to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ).
