LAHORE: PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that in order to stop depending on aid from others and becoming a self-sufficient country, national consensus was needed. He said that by using national resources in an efficient manner, prosperity can be brought to the nation.
Sharif said that if the government cannot ensure employment, housing, education, health and a safe and secure future to the public, then it could not ask the public for sacrifices either.
He said that a national agenda must be made in order for the country to be successful. – DawnNews
